Question: Any good books based in The 1500s-1800s?
I love history, I loved the Movie Marie Antoinette, any history books about how people lived back then or famous people and there way of life will do.
Answer: Then you would LOVE any book by G.A. Henty. He was a Victorian author and historian who wrote something like 100 historical fictions set anywhere from Ancient Egypt to the American Civil War.
His Victorian writing style is like music compared to the modern bilge we call literature, and his Victorian morality and sensibility is a breath of fresh air for those of us who live in the age of "progressivism".

Question: can someone help me figure out the name of this marie antoinette character(from the movie)? ?

i made a layout with this picture in it, and i cant remember for the life of me what her name is!
Answer: The actress is Judy Davis and the character she portrayed was the Comtesse de Noailles.
