Question: What happened to all of Marie Antoinette's jewelery and dresses etc.?
She was known for having extravagant dresses and jewelery etc. What happened to everything?
Are some originals in museums? Was anything saved?
Answer: Very, very little survived. After the fall of the Bourbons, the revolutionary government sold off as much as they could. They actually held auctions to sell furnishings, clothing, accessories and many of the jewels.
Many other pieces were stolen and either kept or sold off independently, while still many other pieces were randomly destroyed by mobs.
A full inventory has of course never been taken; and much has been lost forever.

Question: what stores (not online) sell Victorian style dresses?
i am looking for a store that sells Victorian (Marie Antoinette style) dresses. i have already looked online but i would like a store where i could and see them in person.
Answer: Antique shops will be the most likely possibility or specialist stores.
By the way, Marie Antoinette lived in the 18th century not the victorian era which was between 1837 - 1901, so there aren't any victorian dresses in Marie Antoinette style! However, the 'polonaise' (which was fashionable in the 1780s would have been worn by her at some point) did make a resurgence in the 1880s when the bustle reached preposterous proportions.
