Question: How do i make a poofy netted princess skirt?
hi, thinking ahead for halloween.
im going to be marie antoinette and have the wig, corset and a nice fake neck wound but need to make a poofy skirt to go underneath.
i dont want it to look like a tutu though- its not going to be a slutty costume (as i dont have the legs for it!) it needs to be floor length so i wasnt sure just elasticating lots of long net would work too well?
advice please all you lovely tailors!!
